It has worked fine for the past year until recently I alt tabbed out for a while and now when I alt tab into gmod the game is stuck in a weird 15 fps state where very few things. It should, however, work fine on macOS Mojave (10.14).
Older versions of macOS have not been tested. We're going to make sure everything is properly code-signed and supported on Catalina soon.
